Came across these specially designed stairs for the wheels. Seem like at least a good idea for small country like Singapore where land are limited. Area needed are much lesser than usual ramp.
Cons part is without the railing. But, with some modification, like a curb for the ramp area will solved all. Singapore should have more of these.
