It took use some time to realise this was a billboard and not a ruined building. We don’t understand what is written on this billboard, but we do know it is a public announcement warning people to remember to turn off the gas when they leave their homes.
It is trying to tell people to remember to off their gas when leaving their home before it become a disaster.
